What’s in the box?

All cookies measure approximately 7cm in diameter. You can choose between our signature vanilla sugar cookies or a range of other flavours, topped with vanilla fondant and finished with your unique custom image.

All cookies will come individually heat sealed to maintain maximum freshness.

Shipping Information

All posted orders are sent with Australia Post express shipping, to ensure that your order reaches its destination ASAP. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information, once your order dispatches per the current processing times.

While maximum care is taken when packaging your order, sometimes breakages can occur in the post. Please note that QoC is not liable for any breakages that occur during transit.

Pick Up Information

Contactless pick up is available from QoC HQ in Bracken Ridge, QLD. You’ll receive an email notification confirming collection details once your order is ready. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive this in your inbox.

Any orders not collected during the scheduled collection window will be forfeited unless you have arranged an alternative collection timeframe in advance. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be provided for forfeited orders.

Allergens: gluten, milk products. Traces of nuts may be present due to shared equipment.
