Behind the sprinkles

Queen of Crumbs was born in 2015 by Bryony Bickle simply as a baking blog. In 2016, it became an established cake decorating business, operating as such until early 2025.

Bryony has been teaching cake and cookie decorating classes since 2018.

From 2025, Bryony pivoted the direction of Queen of Crumbs to service the industry that she loves so much. Instead of baking cakes and cupcakes for customers, Bryony now focuses on creating tools and packaging to support fellow decorators, along with edu-cake-tional content and recipes. While this new chapter is daunting, Bryony is excited to give back to the community who has given her so much love.
